Oscar Brekell at ChaTo

Oscar Brekell, Certified Japanese Tea Instructor and author, dropped by and gave a tea tasting of his Senchaism Single Estate Teas and chatted for about 90 minutes on several subjects including tea picking, the growing popularity of single estate tea farms, teapots, and various steeping techniques. Oscar was so generous with his time, and stayed behind to autograph and meet with tea enthusiasts afterward. We were so fortunate to have him drop by while he was in the U.S., and he said he’d like to drop by again in the future. Can’t wait. 😎👍🙏
